That direct line matters: nothing gets lost between a salesperson’s promise and the site team’s reality, because they are the same people.

We communicate in English or Portuguese — quotes, schedules, contracts and progress photos in whichever you prefer. Many of our clients are expats and foreign property owners in Lisbon, Cascais and the surrounding areas, so explaining things clearly across the language barrier is something we do every day.

We reply
Within one working day — usually within hours — we reply to your message or call. We will ask a few practical questions: where is the property, what do you need, and when would you like it done.
Free site visit
We arrange a free visit at a time that suits you, including evenings or Saturdays if needed. We measure, photograph and discuss options and materials with you on the spot.
Fixed written quote
You receive an itemised quote in writing within a few days of the visit. It lists exactly what is included, the schedule and the payment milestones. No obligation — take your time to decide.
We schedule and start
Once you accept, we agree a start date and keep you updated until the first day on site. During the work you receive regular photo updates, and we finish with a joint walkthrough before the final payment.

Our base is in Amadora Este, minutes from central Lisbon and well connected to the whole metropolitan area. Visits are by appointment — call or message first so we can give you our full attention.

How fast do you reply?
WhatsApp messages and calls are usually answered within a couple of hours during working hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–14:00). Emails are answered within one working day. If your matter is urgent — a leak, storm damage, a deadline — always call rather than message.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. The site visit and the written quote cost nothing and commit you to nothing. We price only after seeing the property, because quoting blind would be guessing — and you should be wary of anyone who quotes a renovation without visiting.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Amadora and work across Greater Lisbon: Lisbon, Oeiras, Cascais, Sintra, Loures, Odivelas, Vila Franca de Xira and the south bank (Almada, Seixal, Barreiro and nearby). For larger projects we travel further — just ask.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We work in English or Portuguese — whichever you prefer. Quotes, contracts, schedules and progress photo updates are all available in both languages. Many of our clients are expats and foreign property owners, so this is routine for us.
How do payments work?
Payments follow milestones agreed in writing before work begins: typically a deposit to secure the start date, instalments as defined stages are completed, and the balance after the final walkthrough. You never pay the full amount upfront, and the final balance is only due when you are satisfied with the finished work.
Can you start immediately?
It depends on our current schedule. Because we are deliberately small and take on a limited number of projects at a time, there can be a waiting list of a few weeks — we will always give you an honest start date rather than overpromise. Small painting jobs can often be fitted in sooner, so it is always worth asking.
